70cl / 42.10% - The Legacy Collection from renowned Spanish brandy producer Carlos I explores the brand's history and heritage through a collection of unique and unrepeatable expressions. Carlos I uses traditional solera systems to mature its spirits and its collection includes some extremely rare old sherry casks from the mid 19th century. Made from thick, robust American oak, these antique casks originally housed special sherries, before decades ageing some of the best brandies. This expression draws spirit from the solera of one of those rare barrels, San Bartolome (SB), bolstered with a selection of other generously aged soleras from the family reserves.
