Burning Barn Spiced Apple Spiced Rum
70cl / 37.50% - Burning Barn is based on a former apple orchard so an apple-based expression seemed like a logical creation. The Spiced Apple Rum is closely based on its limited edition Apple Rum from 2022 and is described as "apple pie in a glass". It's a blend of pot and column still rum blend which is diluted with real apple juice to bottling strength before nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon are added. The liquid is finished in former cherry liqueur vats from Germany made from Ash wood.
