As well as selling whisky, we also have the good fortune of bottling it, so we rummaged through our racking and picked out this rather special Highland single malt Scotch. Matured for 15 years in first-fill and refill Pedro Ximenez sherry butts, bottled without chill-filtration and in clear glass to showcase the glorious unadulterated natural colour. It's a deliciously robust and characterful sipper with generous waves of biscuity malt, buttery pastry, maple syrup, and creamy vanilla. Hard to believe that price tag...
