70cl / 47.00% - Brooklyn's Kings County distillery takes inspiration from Scotch whisky production methods for its range of American whiskey, and here we have a peated single malt. The malted barley (some of which is peated) is sourced from England and Scotland and after open fermentation, it's double distilled in Scottish pot stills and aged for up to four years in Kings County bourbon barrels before bottling at a satisfying 47% ABV.
