70cl / 50.00% - Introducing Batch #2 of Strathearn's Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. The Douglas Laing-owned distillery is keen to hone and invest in the whisky's character so it used the same cask make-up as Batch #1 bourbon, virgin, sherry oak but with less boisterous virgin oak to heighten the creamy, fresh elements of the spirit. Batch #2 comprises a vatting of 31 casks, drawn from inherited stock and those produced under Douglas Laings ownership, and the single malt was bottled at 50% ABV with no colouring or chill-filtration.
