Godawan Series 01 - Rich and Rounded Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 46.00% - Godawan Indian single malt is produced at the Alwar distillery in Rajasthan, one of the hottest, driest regions on Earth a challenging, but rewarding environment when it comes to whisky maturation. The distillery employs water conservation techniques and supports sustainable agriculture using locally sourced barley, while the whisky is matured in a variety of casks, and sometimes treated with botanical infusions. This single malt initially matured in bourbon barrels before finishing in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a sweet, aromatic profile, brimming with gentle spice, honey, and candied nuts.
