This expression combines a marriage of sweet muscat wine, fine wine distillates, and an elixir extracted from a blend of Mediterranean herbs and botanicals, treated to 'extreme ageing' in heavily toasted oak casks, strategically placed around the Metaxa cellars where the angel's share occurs most. Bottled from a single cask, at natural cask strength, it's brimming with notes of floral honey, juicy raisins, sweet spices, and rich oak.
