Ninefold Experimental Cask Edition #4 Dark Rum
70cl / 62.30% - This is the fourth Experimental Cask Edition rum from Scotland's Ninefold distillery. Distilled from scratch from sugar cane molasses, the rum was then filled into a host of little oloroso sherry octaves that previously held Scotch whisky on Christmas Eve 2021, and matured for the next two years and nine months before bottling at cask strength. A release of 238 bottles, without added colour, sugar, or chill filtration.
