70cl / 46.50% - This is the first single malt in the four-part Highland Legacy Series from community-owned GlenWyvis distillery. The inaugural release honours the traditional Highland occupation of cattle droving with a single malt matured in a combo of Sauternes (37%), Madeira (30%), oloroso (12%), and bourbon (21%) casks, and a profile layered with leathery oak, chocolate, candied orange, and toasted nuts.
