Distilled in 2019, this whiskey spent six years maturing in a new charred oak barrel, yielding 391 bottles when it was opened in 2025 (without added colour or chill filtration, naturally). With layers of toasted pecans, sweet oak, and balanced spice, it's a rounded, mellow sipper, and ought to shine in a Manhattan.And before you ask, the mash bill is in the high rye style: 95% rye, 5% barley.
