3cl / 43.00% - Bowmore 15 Year Old Sherry Oak was matured in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, with an oloroso sherry-seasoned cask finish, much like its 12-year-old sibling bottling from the same range. But the extra years of ageing add richer, darker, sweeter elements. The Islay distillery says to pair with smoked butter-poached lobster, summer vegetables, and roast shell sauce.
