70cl / 46.00% - Initially filled into a host of sherry butts before transferring to Pedro Ximenez and oloroso hogsheads, this addition to the Clydebuilt whisky series was composed by Ardgowan distillery's whisky maker, Laura Davies. It's a generously sherried 12-year-old Speysider, layered with notes of figs and dried fruit, rich oak, and cakey spice.
