Back in 2015, a vatting of Highland Park (already around 1011 years old) and older Macallan was rolled into oloroso butts for a long sleep. It wasnt planned, it wasnt repeatable, and yet here it is bottled at 43.6% ABV and looking downright glorious after 21 years.
