Distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025, this small batch Highland single malt comes from ten sister first-fill and second-fill oloroso sherry butts, bottled without chill filtration or added colouring at a muscular 59% ABV. Best enjoyed with a drop of water (and a bit of time to open up). Limited to 6,402 bottles.
