50cl / 53.60% - This 2011 vintage single malt from Glencadam is brought to us by independent bottler Blind Summit. The whisky spent its years maturing in a single bourbon barrel, half of which was emptied and bottled up for Blind Summit's inaugural release in 2023, while this half remained for a couple of extra years in cask, finally yielding an outturn of 178 bottles. Expect a bright, crisp profile here, layered with orchard fruits, vanilla, and barley sugars.
