50cl / 52.00% - The 22nd bottling from The Heart Cut is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon from the fabulous New Riff. Created from a mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley, it's a small batch blend of three new American oak casks brought together for us by the distillery's master blender. This is the first bourbon that the relentless award-winning independent bottlers have selected. Like The Heart Cut, New Riff is a family-owned enterprise that has made a big splash in a small amount of time. Just 1,035 bottles were filled at 52% ABV.
