New Yarmouth 15 Year Old 2009 (cask 1) - Bedford Park Dark Rum
70cl / 59.80% - Distilled at Jamaica's New Yarmouth in 2009, this characterful rum spent its first few years tropically maturing before transferring to Europe in 2012 to complete its maturation in a second-fill bourbon barrel. The cask was opened in 2025 by independent bottler Bedford Park, releasing a total of 221 cask strength bottles.
