70cl / 53.60% - Deanston Orange Wine Cask Finish spends 15 years in bourbon casks, building the waxy texture and honeyed depth the distillery is known for, before a deliberately left-field two-year finish in rare Vino de Naranja casks from Andalucia. These fortified wine casks, infused with sun-dried orange peel and matured via a traditional solera system, bring layers of citrus oil, nutty oxidation, and gentle tannin. Bottled at 53.6% ABV with no added colour and no chill filtration, and limited to 7,000 bottles worldwide.
