Distilled in 2014, this whisky spent the next 12 years resting up in a pair of teeny little oloroso sherry octaves, yielding just 132 bottles when we disgorged them for the occasion. Elegant and sophisticated, it's layered with delicate notes of berries, waffles, and cream.
