Mortlachs famously meaty spirit has spent over three decades maturing before a finishing stint in Pedro Ximenez octaves, adding an extra layer of richness without tipping it over the edge. Dense, waxy distillate meets dark fruit and sweetness, with the cask influence dialled in rather than dumped on top.
