Distilled in Ireland in 2002, this whisky spent its full 15-year maturation in Scotland before being bottled as part of the Cut Your Wolf Loose series. That cross-border ageing isnt typical for Irish whiskey, and it nearly caused regulatory headaches, but the cask was ultimately allowed to continue.
