Clairin Sajous 2023 Rhum Agricole Rum
70cl / 55.20% - Produced at Distillerie Chelo, Clairin Sajous is an intriguing style of Haitian sugar cane juice rum. Sugar cane is pressed and then reduced to juice over fires fuelled by the leftover cane remains. It's then fermented using wild yeasts and double-distilled before being bottled at full strength.
