Curtis Haywood
A child prodigy, Curtis Haywood moved from trumpet to saxophone at an early age. He studied at New York's' High School for the Performing Arts and later at Berklee College. He played with the New York jazz fusion group Joshua before he decided to go solo in 2007. With the penetrating sound of his tenor saxophone, Curtis means to speak with each individual and share with them his passion for music and helping people. On this album he is joined by Mel Holder, Willie Brown, Johnny Mercer John Smith
