This album came about as a result of a few things. First was a challenge by my long time friend and guitar mentor, Jeff Troxel. He challenged me to take a chance and put out a CD of my music. This came at a time when I had severe writers block. I had not written in a few years. So, I made myself sit down and try to write. After a few faulty starts and some really depressing lyrics, the music found me again. I had been through some tough personal times and it was cathartic to get it out. Most of
