The brand has also achieved a milestone with 27 million members in total, with 2.5 million members enrolled in 2010 alone. It launched its Innovation Collaborative initiative which minimizes technology costs while providing a competitive advantage to world-class partners such as IBM, AT & T, Microsoft, Accenture, and Tata.
