3cl / 42.00% - Butterscotch is one of those flavours that you find all over the shop in terms of aged spirits, but it's not very often that you see a spirit that really leans into it. This expression from the Project #173 Rum range really puts its full weight behind that butterscotch brilliance. Not to say that this neglects to make itself known as a rum - there are all sorts of tasty clues towards that fact - but it really does go all-in on the rich, creamy, sweet butterscotch notes.
