70cl / 48.50% - Awesome Auchroisk single malt, independently bottled by the gang at Signatory. Distilled in March 1996, the whisky was initially matured in hogshead casks, before being transferred to a single fresh sherry butt for a generous 57 month finishing period. In January 2022, the whisky was finally deemed ready for bottling, and the cask was cracked open, releasing a total of 684 bottles for Signatory's Cask Strength Collection.
