70cl / 43.80% - Uh oh, it looks like the &Whisky folks have got their hands on the teleporter from The Fly and combined two of their terrific expressions into one. Or they've simply just blended them together to make a marvellous blended malt Scotch whisky. One or the other, probably. Anyway, Seaweed & Aeons & Christmas Cake & Cinnamon is a 50/50 blend of Islay and Speyside single malt whiskies, specifically the Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire and Christmas Cake & Dark Chocolate & Medjool Dates & Cinnamon. The resulting expression offers up sublime smoky, peaty notes with brilliant bursts of dried fruit and festive spices tremendous stuff.
