Kanpai Kaze Junmai Ginjo Sake

Kaze Junmai Ginjo is made only from rice, koji, yeast, and water, with no added alcohol, preservatives, or sulphites. The rice used in this sake is polished to 60%, so alongside delicate tropical fruit notes, you'll find some sweet, rice character. Enjoy this chilled, paired with all manner of balanced dishes. It also makes a great drink to have with dessert.
