70cl / 52.80% - From Whitlaw distillery in Orkney, this single malt was distilled in 2014 before being allowed to mature for eight years in a single red wine barrel. It was bottled in 2022 by Chapter 7 for its Monologue series, non-chill filtered and with no added colour, with only 314 bottles produced.
