You may be thinking the name Chateau du Breuil rings a bell perhaps you've had the luck of trying some of its fine range of Calvados before, but here the team has turned its talents away from apples and pears, to focus on malt. Distilled from Golden Promise barley, the whisky is initially matured in small French oak casks, before finishing in bourbon barrels.
