Chamarel Mauritius 2014 Single Cask (House of Rum) Dark Rum
70cl / 54.20% - Distilled at the Chamarel Distillery from estate-grown red and yellow sugarcane, this single-cask release spent two years ageing tropically in Mauritius before a further seven years in the UK. Bottled in 2023 at cask strength (54.2% ABV), only 273 bottles exist. The dual maturation gives it both structure and vibrancy.
