The Colour of Spring Sparkling Rosé 2025, France
This fresh, fruity sparkling wine was made for warm days. It’s produced by LGI, a French wine company specialising in tailor-made wines and brands from the South of France – and ‘The Colour of Spring’ is their latest venture. This rosé is made from the grape Cinsault. Fermented at cool temperatures in neutral stainless steel tanks to preserve the red primary fruit character, the wine was then carbonated, giving a gentle sparkle. Off-dry, it’s delicately flavoured with raspberry, strawberry, spice, and a creamy, mouth-watering finish. Pair with a warm afternoon or grilled seafood and salads.
