PLANETA LA SEGRETA BIANCO
Made from a blend of Grecanico (the local name for Garganega, found in Soave), Chardonnay, Sicilian grape Grillo, and other local varieties, this wine is bursting with flavours of peach, lemon, and hay. It has a pleasing saline minerality and fresh acidity with some texture from ageing for three months on its lees. Ideal as an apéritif, it also pairs well with vegetarian dishes and salads as well as seafood and fish.
