This Grüner Veltlliner, Austria’s flagship white grape, has classic aromas of apple blossom, melon, and white pepper, with juicy peach flavours on the palate and refreshing acidity. It’s aged for six months in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, primary fruit. For half this period it’s kept on lees, giving it a rounder texture. An excellent apéritif, its high acidity and fresh orchard and stone fruit notes also pair well with goat’s cheese and fish dishes.
