The first to grow grapes in the region, they definitely know a thing or two about making great wine. Carved out by glaciers long ago, the Awatere Valley’s unique topography and cool, dry climate, brings a flinty minerality and vibrant acidity to the wines. This sparkling wine is made using the traditional method like Champagne and used a blend of the famous three grapes too. Expect flavours of fresh berries, white peach, toasted hazelnuts, and citrus.
