Cantina Sociale Valpolicella was founded in 1933 by six men who saw great potential in the vineyards of the historic Soave Classico region of Veneto – and it was wasn't long before their wines gained awards and recognition. Each wine is said to capture the essence of the area with its hilly terrain and chalky soils. The result is characterful, mineral-driven wines made primarily from Garganega alongside Trebbiano and Chardonnay. Fresh and zesty, this wine has delicate floral aromas and flavours of stone fruits, with a hint of almond and dried apple. Try it as an apéritif or paired with seafood dishes.
