Chateau Bibian BDX
A blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Petit Verdot, this Bordeaux boasts aromas of red berries, blackberry, pepper, and subtle mocha. On the palate it’s full-bodied, yet fresh and structured, with plush fruit and silky tannins. Vinified in stainless steel to retain its red and black fruit aromatics, it was aged for 12 months in French oak (30% new) bringing notes of spice. It pairs beautifully with herb-crusted lamb, grilled ribeye steak, aged Comté cheese, and dark chocolate desserts.
