Roberto Sarotto Barbaresco DOCG Riserva
Wonderfully aromatic, this Barbaresco has complex aromas of red fruit, spice, and characteristic rose petals. On the palate it’s smooth with flavours of ripe plum, liquorice, and chocolate with high levels of velvety tannins. Fermented in neutral stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant aromatics and aged for four years before release earning it the label ‘riserva’, it pairs perfectly with red meat and mature cheeses.
