Silent Pool Gin is produced on the Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills, right next to the Silent Pool, a beautiful, mysterious spring-fed lake. This gin features 24 botanicals, including makrut lime leaf, chamomile, local honey and lavender. It's subtly sweet yet balanced, with hints of honey on the finish. Serve with a handful of ice, a dash of tonic and a twist of orange peel.
