Vaillons is a Premier Cru vineyard in Chablis, renowned for producing exceptional Chardonnay. With south-west facing with Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, it benefits from ample sunlight exposure for optimal grape ripeness. The wine is aged only in stainless steel to let the purity shine through. Round and full with fleshy white fruits and sweet spice layered with roasted hazelnut and blond tobacco. Enjoy with seafood, creamy pasta and white meats.
