Their vineyards are ideally positioned in the south-east, where the chalk soils and balmy climate are ideal for making stunning traditional method wines. This complex vintage sparkling wine is made from a blend of the classic trio – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier – and is a true reflection of the growing year. Aged for up to five years in bottle before release, it has intense aromas of ripe apples, red berries, and toasted brioche.
