This wine is produced by Félix Solís, a third-generation family owned winery. With their winery in Valdepeñas, they've evolved to become one of the largest and most innovative wine producers in the world. The fruit is sourced primarily from Castilla-La Mancha, one of the most important wine regions in Spain, where winemaking tradition dates back to the Romans. The Tempranillo grapes undergo cold maceration with the skins to give the wine its characteristic pink colour. Bright strawberry and raspberry aromas lead into a crisp palate with juicy red berry fruit, a hint of citrus, and a clean, fresh finish. This is a good companion to fish, seafood, or gazpacho.
