Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
The Cocchi family are based in Piedmont, Italy, and have been making sweet Italian vermouth – alongside other wines – since 1891. Produced using Moscato wine, it’s then blended with a secret recipe of local and exotic herbs giving the classic bittersweet flavour a herbal edge. Think candied oranges, cocoa, and bitter herbs. Enjoy as an apéritif or in a cocktail.
