The Alpine foothills tumble down into the Veneto in North-Eastern Italy. It’s here you’ll find the tiny Breganze DOC. It’s so small that the region’s 700 growers have formed a single cooperative: Beato Bartolomeo Breganze. They make so little of this delicious rosé that we buy everything they make. It’s incredibly bright and fruity with really delicate flavours. Peach. Apricot. Raspberry. It’s delicious with light salads.
