Stellenrust B28 Chenin
This Chenin Blanc was part-fermented in third and fourth use French oak barrels with the remainder in stainless steel to preserve the fruit character. A further four months on lees helped to develop complexity and a rounded texture. Bursting with flavours of ripe apple, cantaloupe melon, and lime, it also has enticing aromas of honeysuckle, ginger, and nutmeg.
