Charming by name and charming by nature, this Grüner has distinct aromas of ripe apples and classic white pepper. On the palate it’s concentrated with crisp lime acidity and a steely mineral finish. Made from a blend of vineyard sites in the Kamptal Valley, the wine is aged for a minimum of 12 months on lees prior to bottling allowing it to develop a delicious waxy lemon texture.
