Crisp, dry, and elegant, this wine has delicate fresh fruit flavours of peach, lemon, and grapefruit. Made with a blend of Italian grape varieties sourced from its highest vineyards, the wine retains refreshing acidity. The elegant aromatics were enhanced by a period of cold maceration and skin contact prior to fermentation. The wine then went through a slow, cool fermentation to preserve its vibrant fruit and freshness.
