Monte Zovo Oltremonte Sauvignon Verona IGT
This savoury Italian Sauvignon boasts aromas of sage, green pepper, and citrus, with a dry, mineral finish. The wine was fermented at cool temperatures in neutral stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate fruit aromatics. It then spent five months ageing on its fine lees with regular stirring (bâtonnage) to enhance the texture and complexity. Perfect with pasta and vegetable dishes.
