Their Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon is made from some of the region’s most prestigious vineyard sites, resulting in a wine with both power and finesse. How does it taste: Blackcurrant, cassis, and cedar, with structured tannins and a long, refined finish. Excellent with grilled lamb or slow-cooked beef.
